Description: Comedian/writer Steve Macone (whose writing appears in The Onion, The New Yorker, Boston Globe, etc.) is the regular host for a contest/open mike/workshop that has built a reputation for “drop ins” by high-profile national acts such as Marlon Wayans, Gary Gulman, etc. Tonight he hosts a Holiday special with several guest appearances and a toy drive for the Somerville-based Toys for Local Children organization. So, bring a new, unwrapped toy and experience the funniest thing you’ll see this Holiday season. Showtime is 10 p.m., in the back room of the popular Irish bar, but if you want to donate come by anytime and any staff member will accept your donation.
