Scamps Comedy produces shows anywhere, but does shows on a regular basis at some venues

Regular venues for Scamps Comedy Shows include ...

Theaters

The Shea Theater, Turners Falls
The Shea Theater, 71 Avenue A, Turners Falls, Mass.
Scamps Comedy produced its first show at this former vaudeville theater in
March 2006, and followed with a successful "Comedy at the Shea"
series that ran from fall 2006 until spring 2007. Highlights included the
first New Year's Eve show ever held in the 350-seat theater.

The Strand Theatre, 58 High Street, Clinton, Mass.
Scamps Comedy produced the first of several sold-out shows at this 304-seat
former vaudeville theater-turned-cinema pub in September 2006.

The Court Street Theater, 14 Court Street, Nashua, N.H.
This 277-seat theater, hidden in plain sight near the Nashua Public Library, is not fancy,
but is a fantastic place to watch a performance. Scamps did its first show in Spring 2006,
and has more shows booked through 2008, generally in partnership with local non-profit groups
such as the American Cancer Society or the Tyngsboro High Grad Night.

The Griffen Theatre, 7 Lynde Street, Salem, Mass.
The newest theater in the Scamps Comedy lineup is an intimate little 62-seater
just off of Salem's downtown -- perfect as a "creative incubator" for theme
shows and new works. The first shows  -- straight standup shows
featuring Boston headliner Stephen Bjork -- are to be produced on
New Year's Eve, 2007.

Restaurants & Function Facilities

 Cruiseport Gloucester
Cruiseport Gloucester, 6 Rowe's Wharf, Gloucester
How beautiful is this place? We sat 370 when we held a Gloucester Rotary Fundraiser
at Cruiseport Gloucester in August 2007, and plan to seat another 300 for a gala
New Year's Eve show. Among many great touches, it sits on Gloucester's harbor,
affording a view of cruise ships and working boats.

The Onion Town Grill, 75 Water Street, Danvers, Mass.
This intimate 100-seat room in a family restaurant is the setting for monthly shows
featuring a surprisingly great lineups performing "nightclub clean" comedy.
The room is also available for private comedy shows and small fundraisers, banquets, etc.

The Roma, 29 Middlesex Street, Haverhill, Mass.
With 200 seats and a top-flight service staff, the upstairs function room of this
family-friendly Italian restaurant is a great place for fund-raisers. Scamps Comedy has
produced fund-raising comedy shows here since 2004, along with some shows open to
the public, including New Year's Eve dinner shows that have been hugely
successful. For more, check www.RomaRestaurant.com

The Village Green, Route 1 North, Danvers, Mass.
Scamps Comedy produces fund-raising comedy shows at this 240-seat venue
on Route 1, North in Danvers. It's barn-like atmosphere provides fodder for the
comedians' jokes, and a comfortable place for the audience to come watch a show. What
sports teams, charity riders, and other non-profit groups like the most, though, is that they
can sell so many tickets to their events.
